The new hotel will be operated by Emmons Developments New Zealand Limited, a consortium of New Zealand equity investors led by the joint venture between Mainland Capital and Russell Property Group. Teaming up with acclaimed design partners from Dalman Architects and Nic Graham & Associates Interior Design Studio, the Sheraton Christchurch is poised to feature 240 premium guest rooms and suites spread across 14 storeys. Guests can anticipate a range of amenities, including a signature restaurant, a rooftop bar offering stunning panoramic views, a club lounge, versatile event spaces, and a wellness-focused fitness center.
